Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Safely repackage your item in its original industrial crates or boxes, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and software keys are included to avoid restocking fees.
Shipping and Logistics
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the unit back to our designated service center via a trackable freight or parcel carrier.
Inspection and Refund
